Ritter Butzke Production GmbH generally does not accept returns or exchanges of tickets. Please note that there is no statutory right of withdrawal for leisure events with a fixed date. Although an online ticket purchase is a distance contract, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as the contract for a leisure service specifies a particular date. The reason is that sports, leisure and cultural events of any kind could hardly be planned or run economically if a two-week right of withdrawal and return applied. Your statutory rights in the event of cancellation or postponement remain unaffected.
